Joel E. Seawright

Joel E. Seawright, 75, of 2671 Whippoorwill Trail Hartwell, Georgia husband of Bonnie Taylor Seawright passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012 at his home. Born in Hart County, May 10, 1936 to the late Charles Seawright and Cleora Gaines Seawright. Mr. Seawright was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from Seawright Construction where he operated heavy equipment. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Bonnie Taylor Seawright, sons and daughters-in-law Danny and Tracy Seawright and Randy and Lisa Seawright all of Hartwell, Georgia; brothers Baron Seawright of Hartwell, Georgia; Jerry Seawright of Iva, South Carolina and Ronnie Seawright of Hartwell, Georgia; sisters Carole Williams of Royston, Georgia and Jeannette Coile of Hartwell, Georgia and his three grandchildren Daniel Seawright, Matt Seawright and Jonathon Seawright. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Larry Seawright, Bill Seawright, Tom Seawright, Jim Seawright and his sisters Jean Duncan, Frances Wilson and Ann Ward. Memorial services celebrating his life will be held Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 3PM at Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Hartwell, Georgia with Rev. Dean Kring and Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating.
