Alan was the oldest of my three children. He loved his family and was always “Big Brother” to his sister and brother. Alan made friends easily wherever he went. He always wore a winning smile and a love for people. Alan had been away from home for a long time, but I always looked forward to his visits and phone calls. When the pipeline came through Elbert County, he got to stay with me. He appreciated Mom’s cooking and I liked getting his hugs and kisses. He was also “Mr. Fix-It” around the house.and that means a lot to a widow like me. Memories are so special and I know Alan will live in my heart forever.
