Aliza Hamdan Albritton

Aliza Hamdan Albritton, 48, of Dewy Rose, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017, at her residence.

Mrs. Albritton was born January 18, 1969 in Toledo, OH to Shukri Hamdan and Jane Purpuard Hamdan. She worked in the granite industry as a rubber cutter in sandblasting.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law Gregory and Samantha Floyd, Jr. of Elberton, GA; daughter and son-in-law Britney and Shannon Young of Anderson, SC; father: Shukri Hamdan of Pittsford, MI; mother Jane Purpuard Hamdan of Anderson, SC; siblings: Ronald Wainscott of Elberton, GA, Deborah Burgess of Leo, IN, Yami & Terry Adams of Dewy Rose, GA, Nasser Hamdan of Litchfield, MI, Roddy and Norma Hamdan, Sr. of Hudson, MI, Shukri and Regina Hamdan, Jr. of Franklin, NC; grandchildren: Valerie House, Wesley House, Gregory Floyd, III, Mia Floyd and Holden Floyd.

Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 1PM, Tuesday February 7 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Deep Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Nicholas Hamdan, Brock Adams, Terry Adams, Rashaad Dejesus, Greg Floyd and Rod Hamdan serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
