Angela Lucy Krolikowski, 89, of Amsterdam, NY passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016, following a brief illness with her loving family at her side.

Born in Amsterdam, NY on February 2, 1927, a daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta DeAngelo Piccola. She was a lifelong Amsterdam resident and attended local schools. Angela was employed by the former General Fiber Box Company in Amsterdam. She also worked for the former Ward Products, the Scotia Naval Depot and various area diners. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, crocheting, and cooking. Angela was a member of the former St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam.
She was the former wife of Edmund Carl Krolikowski who passed away in 1994.

She is survived locally by her son, George Joseph Krolikowski and his wife Barbara of Elberton, GA, and grandchildren: Lauren Walden, Gage Krolikowski, Adrien Dickerson, Megan Krolikowski, Angel Garrett, and Robby Bargstedt.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016, at 12:00 Noon at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam with Father Pascal “Pat” Iannotti presiding. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Amsterdam. The family will receive relatives and friends prior to the funeral service on Friday August 12, 2016 from 10:0AM to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
