Anglo Saxon

Mr. Anglo Saxon, 78, of Vickery Lane, Elberton, husband of 58 years to the late Robbie Jo Vickery Saxon, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Saxon was born in Elberton on December 1, 1940, son of the late Ernest Albert Saxon and Bert Winona Clark Saxon. He served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard, was a retired granite polisher, and a member of New Bethel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his children: Deborah Saxon and Roger Bundrick, Lola Saxon, and Reid Saxon, all of Elberton; sisters: Elaine Martin of Elberton and Opal Butler of Covington; six grandchildren: Kasey Lopez, Christopher Saxon, Katie and Arturo Rivera, Nicholas Tillinghast, Lexi and Cason Edwards, and Bailee Saxon; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
