Asa Mallory Brown

Asa Mallory Brown, age 67, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023. 

Mallory was born to Edgar Chandler Brown, Jr. and Myrtle Terry Brown as part of a set of triplets.  Extremely talented, he was an exceptional artist and he loved to sing the old time hymns.  Mallory had a giving heart, and no one left his room empty-handed.

He is survived by his identical twin, Phillip and his triplet, Wray.  He is also survived by his brothers, Edgar C. “Chan” Brown III and Terry O. Brown; sister, Crystal Brown Hollifield; and many loving nieces and nephews. 

A celebration of Mallory’s life will take place at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 21, 2023 in the Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home with the family officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Friends Helping Friends.
