Barbara Jones Hayes

Barbara Jones Hayes, 86, of 2117 Dr. George Ward Road, Elberton, Georgia, widow of the late George Roy "Yogi" Hayes passed away Wednesday morning February 15, 2012 at Nancy Hart Nursing Center. Born in Stone Mountain, Georgia February 14, 1926 to the late Jewel and Ida B. Jones. She was of the Christian Faith and was a homemaker. Left to cherish her memories include her sons Dennis Hayes, Robert Hayes, Ronnie Hayes, and Jerry Hayes, sister Velma Bowman, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Larry Hayes, a brother Paul Jones, and sisters Lois Haynes, and Jewel Harris.
