Barbara Joyce Saxon

Mrs. Barbara Joyce Saxon, age 54 of Elberton passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009 at her home. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bobbie Saxon-Bond. Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Edward Saxon, Sons and Daughters in law, Dwayne Saxon, Stephen and Brandy Saxon, Eric and Susan Saxon and Son in law David Bond. 6 grandchildren, 4 brothers and 2 sisters also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Saxon will be held Wednesday at 2pm in the Hicks Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Clifford Shepherd and Reverend Roland Molina officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6-8pm. Flowers will be accepted but those desiring to make a contribution may do so to the Saxon Family. Hicks Funeral home is in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Barbara Joyce Saxon.
