Barry Monroe Pless

Mr. Barry Monroe Pless, 53, of Gordon Street, Elberton, husband of Tina Marie Reid Pless, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Mr. Pless was born in Elberton on September 25, 1967, son of Nettie Lou Looney Pless and the late Bobby Monroe Pless. He had previously worked in the granite and poultry industries. Barry was a simple man who enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Tina; mother, Nettie Lou; children: Kayla Williamson, Tiesha Reid, and Chiquita Allen; sister, Annetta Peneguy; grandchildren: Iyanna Allen, Eric “EJ” Smith, Jr., Colton Williamson, and Clayton Williamson; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A time of remembrance and viewing will be held on Wednesday evening, March 24, from 6:00-8:00p.m. at Berry Funeral Home.
