Bobby "Fred" Gentry Dean

Bobby "Fred" Gentry Dean, 55, of 964 New Canon Road, Canon, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Born August 13, 1957 in Royston, Georgia to E.J. Gentry and Thelma Brown Dean. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and had extensive travel over the United States. Left to cherish his memories include a son Jeremy Broome of Canon, Georgia; mother Thelma Brown Dean of Hartwell, Georgia; his father E.J. Gentry of Canon, Georgia; brother Dwayne Owens of Hartwell, Georgia; sisters Yvonne Dutton of Hartwell, Georgia and Mary Sisk of Alto, Georgia. In addition to his grandparents, adopted father Wayne Dean he was preceded in death by two brothers Jackie Glenn Dean and Wayne Owens. Graveside memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 11AM Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Cross Roads Baptist Church in Hartwell, Georgia.
