Brenda Davis Hill

Ms. Brenda Sue Davis Hill, 64, of Calhoun Road, Dewy Rose, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020, at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Brenda was born in Elberton on August 30, 1955, daughter of the late Joseph Robert Davis and Emily Irene Evans Davis. She was retired from the meat department at Ingles Supermarket and of the Holiness faith. She enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, and doing word finds.

Survivors include her former husband, Harold Hill of the residence; children: Virginia Dixon of Dewy Rose, Christie Hill of Bowman, and Andy Hill of Hartwell; sister, Jean Hunt of Elberton; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at 2 o’clock at the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery.

The family is at the residence and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 1:00-1:45p.m. on Wednesday prior to the service.
