Ms. Cathy Shelton Samples, 56, of Hull, GA passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Ms. Samples was born September 25, 1962 in Athens, GA to Douglas Shelton and Louis McDaniel Shelton. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children: Ruben Samples, Melissa Samples and Kasey Samples.

Ms. Samples was cremated and no service are planned at this time.
