Charles Danny Richardson

Mr. Charles Danny Richardson, 69, of Elberton passed away Friday, December 26, 2014, at his home. Danny was born in Elberton, on July 11, 1945, to the late Martha Mann and Charles Howard Richardson. He was married to his wife, Carol Floyd Richardson, of seven years.He was a veteran of the United States Army, and a member of Elberton First United Methodist Church. Danny was owner/operator of Richardson Plumbing since 1964. In addition to his wife, Carol, Danny is survived by two daughters and their husbands: Amanda and Justin Hill of Commerce,and Brandye and Robbie Childs of Elberton; four grandchildren; step-children: Sean and Mikki Waters, Calhoun Falls S.C., Allen and Brook Waters, Plum Branch, S.C., and Clay Walters and friend Angela of Calhoun Falls, S.C. He also leaves behind 5 step-grandchildren and a very special friend, Dave Runyan. Funeral services for Mr. Richardson were held on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. at Elberton First United Methodist Church.A time of visitation for family and friends wasat 12:30 p.m. just prior to the service.
