Charles Fields

Mr. Charles Fields, 80, of Coldwater Rd. Dewy Rose, GA passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

Mr. Fields was born October 12, 1943 in Lexington, GA to William Fields and Susie McElhannon Fields. He was a retired machine operator from Tenneco Inc. and was a U.S. Army Veteran and member of the American Legion.

He is survived by two sisters and brother-in-law: Nellie Noggle, Monteen and Morris Mattox; brother and sister-in-law: Vernon and Barbara Fields; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces-nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews and a special daughter-in-law: Lisa Starrett and her two daughters and grandkids and special stepson: Scott Coile.

He was preceded in death by his parents: William Fields and Susie McElhannon Fields, a brother: W.T. Fields, sister: Kathleen Fields and his wife: Charlotte Starrett Fields.

Graveside funeral services to celebrate Charles’s life will be held 4PM, Sunday September 22, 2024 at Pentecost Chapel Congregational Holiness Church, Stevens Grove Rd. Lexington, GA 30648.

The family will receive friends from 6PM to 8PM Saturday night at Berry Funeral Home.
