Charles Segars

Mr. Thurmond Charles Segars, 76, of Statham, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Segars was born in Anderson, South Carolina to the late Lundy Glaster and Clara Herndon Segars.He was predeceased by his wife, Georgia Funderburk Segars, and was retired from his job as a truck driver. Mr. Segars is survived by a son, Randy Segars of Statham; two daughters: Michelle Segars of Doraville, and Donna Ramey of Woodstock; two grandchildren, Ashley Soverens and Billy Ramey; and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, February 6th at 2:00 p.m. in the Crossroads Primitive Baptist Church, 3100 Trickum Rd., Woodstock, Ga. Arrangements for Mr. Charles Segars were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
