Charlie Roth

Mr. Charlie Lucrie Theodore Roth, Jr., 88, of Carlton, passed away November 5, 2013, at his home. He was born in Wilkes County on October 6, 1925 to the late Charlie Lucrie Theodoreand Lottie Jeanette Patrick Roth. Mr. Roth was retired form the granite business. He worked many years for Coggins Industries as a Polisher and Burner operator. Mr. Roth loved his family and he always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by his sons and extended family. Left to cherish his memories are sons: Steve Roth, Gary Roth, and Danny Roth; a daughter-in-law: Joyce Roth; grandchildren: Steven Roth, Jr., Taylor Roth and Lisa Weaver; and great-grandchildren: Steven Roth,III, Kasey Roth, Carmen Thomas and William Weaver. He is also survived by two brothers: Wyman Roth and Thomas Roth; and a sister, Regina Merrett. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Loudell Holloman Roth; a son, Charles Aubrey Roth; and two sisters: Bernice Nunn and Etta Mae Nunn Funeral services celebrating his life were held Thursday, November 7, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Vesta Baptist Church in Carlton, Georgia.
