Christine Louise Hendrix Fawcett

Mrs. Christine Louise Hendrix Ganey Fawcett, 71, of Meade, Kansas, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021, at ComfortCare Home in Newton, Kansas.

A native of Elberton, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Walter Lewis Hendrix and Hester Lee Payne Farmer, and step-daughter of the late Eleanor McGill Hendrix. She was an antique dealer and appraiser, and owner/operator of Maddison Moss Antiques in Meade.

Survivors include her step-children: Jason and Mary Fawcett, Kevin and Kendra Fawcett, and Iris and Dallas Smith; step-grandchildren: Kylie, Kage, Kaitlyn, Megan, and Kevin; sister, Wanda Kay Hendrix; and two nieces, Chrissy Hendrix and Crystal Anlage. "Aunt Kiki" is also survived by a great niece and nephew, Maddison and Keller Sweat.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, George Edward Fawcett; and brothers: Steven Hendrix and Paul Hendrix.

She will be laid to rest beside her mother in Elmhurst Cemetery in Elberton, Georgia.
