Clarence William Finley, Jr.

Mr. Clarence W. Finley, Jr., age 82, of Elberton, died on November 5, 2009 at his residence. He was born on May 25, 1927 in Rockville, CT, and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence W. Finley, Sr. Mr. Finley served in the U. S. Navy. Survived by his wife, Barbara A. Finley. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Hicks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
