Clark "Snuffy" Mason Walton, Jr.

Mr. Clark "Snuffy" Mason Walton, Jr., 69, of Old Middleton Rd., Elberton, GA passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Walton was born November 20, 1947 in Elberton, GA to Clark Mason Walton, Sr. and Jessie Thornton Walton. He was U.S. Army Veteran, a member of First United Methodist Church of Elberton and was retired from Athens Tech from the maintenance department.

He is survived by his wife Joan Johnson Walton; daughter and son-in-law: Melonie Walton Sherman and Richard Franklin Sherman of Elberton, GA; and a sister: Brenda Brown of Macon, GA.

Funeral services to celebrate "Snuffy's" life will be held 4PM, Thursday, September 28 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Father John Keller officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3-4PM just before the service at Berry Funeral Home.
