Clyde Kelly Joiner

Clyde Kelly Dye Joiner, 86, of 374A North Oliver St. Elberton, widow of the late L.V. Joiner died Wednesday February 24, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born in Oglethorpe County, she was a daughter of the late Joe Dye and Mamie Glenn Dye. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, and was owner / operator of a Day Care Center. Survivors include her daughter Wren Hendrick of Summerville, SC, a sister Gaye Smith of Walnut Grove, GA, granddaughter Jennifer Hendrick and a Great-granddaughter Jaden Roberts. She was preceded in death by two sisters Mary Patterson, and Sarah Jo Tiller. Funeral services will be held Friday February 26, at 11AM at Northside Baptist Church with Rev. David McConnell officiating. Burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family will be at the home 374A North Oliver St. and will receive friends from 7-9PM Thursday night at Berry Funeral Home. Berry Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mrs. Clyde Kelly Dye Joiner.
