Connie Wright Canty

Mrs. Connie Mae Wright Canty, 63, of Monroe, Georgia passed away December 30, 2018 at her home.She was born in Logan, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Willie S. Wright and Mandy O’Neal Wright.She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Christine Booth and Brenda Gibson.Mrs. Canty had worked in the food industry as well as a spinner and a weaver in the cotton industry.She attended the Church of Latter Day Saints of Jesus Christ. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth “Lisa” Mackey, of Monroe; two grandchildren,Christopher Blake Segars (Kristen) and Dillon Thomas Romain, of Monroe; fourgreat-grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Sue Wright, of Great Falls, S.C., and Amanda Lynn Carter (Robert) of Rock Hill, S.C.; three brothers: Richard Wright (Martha), Virgil Wright (Joyce), and Willie “Eddie” Wright (Beulah), all of Great Falls. Memorial Services were held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 in Great Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev.
