Mrs. Daisy Bone Middleton, age 85, of 1305 Fairway Drive, Elberton, wife of the late William Weir "Bill" Middleton, passed away on Friday, March 2, 2012, at Tignall Assisted Living. Mrs. Middleton was born in Elbert County, September 10, 1926, a daughter of the late Clifton Lamar and Madie Estelle Nash Bone. She was a beautician having owned and operated Daisy's Beauty Salon on Church Street for many years. "Aunt Daisy", as she was known to her family, was a longtime member of the Elberton First United Methodist Church and the Elberton Elks Lodge. Daisy had one daughter, Kay Middleton Coker, who passed away suddenly in February 1998. Surviving are her siblings, Talmadge T. Bone, Sr. of Elberton, Ann Maulene Bone Williford of Hartwell, and Frank Bone of Elberton; sister-in-law, Annette Bone of Elberton; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews . In addition to her parents, husband, and daughter, Mrs. Middleton is predeceased by a brother, Charlie Bone. The family will greet friends from 1-1:45PM on Sunday, March 4, at the Berry Funeral Home and funeral services celebrating her life will follow at 2PM in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Jack Bozeman. Music will be provided by Mrs. Angela Fleischer. Burial, alongside her husband and daughter, will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family is at the home, 1305 Fairway Drive, Elberton. Expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, may be donations in her honor to Elberton First United Methodist Church, PO Box 398, Elberton, Georgia, 30635 or to Tignall Assisted Living, 135 S.
