Debra Joyce Hilley

Mrs. Debra Joyce Rice Hilley, 63, of Bobby Brown Park Rd., Elberton, GA wife of the late Sidney "Sandy" Carey Hilley passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016.

Mrs. Hilley was born April 12, 1953 in Elberton, GA to Mary Beth Fleming Rice and the late Chester Rice. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and was a retired secretary for Consolidated Credit.

Survivors include a son Travis Hilley; daughter Melissa Duck; mother Mary Beth Fleming Rice; brother Raymond Rice; grandchildren Audrey Duck, Mason Hilley, Dustin Hilley and Ellie Hilley all of Elberton, GA.

Mrs. Hilley will be placed in Bethlehem United Methodist Church to lie in state from 10-11AM Saturday with funeral services to celebrate her life to follow at 11AM, Saturday July 2, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Adams and Rev. Billy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Charles Hilley, Ronnie Suttles, Buddy Brown, Jr., Tom Duck, Buddy Childs and Stacey Hilley serving as pallbearers. The family will be at the home of her daughter Melissa Duck 3480 Hester Rd., Elberton and will receive friends from 6-8PM Friday night at Berry Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested to please make memorials in her honor to Bethlehem United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund.
