Mr. Dennis Franklin Mobley, 67, of Mineral Springs Road, Elberton, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015, at his residence. Mr. Mobley was born September 21, 1947 in Augusta, GA. He was a carpenter in the housing and condo industry. Left to cherish his memories are daughters and sons-in-law Nicole and Bo Black; Nadene and Mike Duck; grandchildren Tyler Black, Amber Black and Jessica Duck all of Elberton, GA.
