Mr. Donald Julian Hall, 66, of Elberton, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Spring Valley Nursing Home. Mr. Hall was born in Royston, Georgia to the late Joel and Jeanette Barton Hall.He was married for over 42 years to his wife,Elaine Scott Hall. Mr. Hall worked for Rucker Trucking throughout his life,and was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church. In addition to his wife, Mr. Hall is survived by a daughter: Jennifer Ward (Mike); and ason, Jordan Hall.He also leaves behind four brothers: Ronald Hall (Judy) of Royston, Charles Hall (Virginia) of Asheville, NC, Steven Hall (Dicie) of Bowman, and Stanley Hall (Dorothy) of Royston;and a nephew, David Hall. A service to celebrate Mr. Hall’s life will be Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Woodlawn United Methodist Church at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Sharon Coley officiating.A time of visitation for family and friends will be Monday night, November 4th at Hicks Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.The family will hold a private committal at a later time.
