Donald Eugene Trotter

Mr. Donald Eugene “Donnie” Trotter, 69, of Calhoun Road, Dewy Rose, husband of 35 years to Crystal Faith Cleveland Trotter, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024. 

Donnie was born in Elberton on November 15, 1955, son of the late Earl Junior Trotter and Betty Jo Blackmon Trotter. He was a retired carpet installer. 

Survivors include his wife, Crystal; children: Joshua Trotter, Teresa Trahey, Jessica Trotter, and Jerrica (Woody) Eaves; sister, Deborah Smith; and grandchildren: Alexis, Nicholas, Marrisa, Mia, Nathan, Lincoln, and Atalee.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Christopher Trotter. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 17, from 1:00-1:45p.m. at Berry Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00p.m. in the funeral home chapel, officiated by the Rev. Tim Adams. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
