Donna Guest Duncan

Mrs. Donna Guest Duncan, 54, of Hartwell Highway, Elberton, wife of 38 years to Dennis Duncan, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2014, at Georgia Regents University Hospital in Augusta. Mrs. Duncan was born in Elbert County on August 12, 1960, to Frances Rousey Guest and the late Thomas Emory Guest. She was a member of New Town Baptist Church and retired as a bookkeeper from Blackwell Elementary School. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Dennis, of the home; children and their spouses: Amanda and Alex Duck and Patrick and Krista Duncan; mother, Frances Rousey Guest of Elberton; three grandchildren: Lily, Roselyn, and Alexa; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three siblings: Debra Callaway, Denise Erwin, and Gary Thomas Guest. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, November 26, at 2:00p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family is at the residence of Amanda and Alex Duncan, 411 Highland Drive, Elberton, and will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00p.m. on Tuesday evening.
