Doris Pulliam Floyd

Mrs. Launia Doris Pulliam Floyd, 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Rainbow Retirement Home in Arnoldsville, GA.

Mrs. Floyd was a native of Dewy Rose, GA, daughter of the late James Robert Pulliam and Dorothy Driver Pulliam Daniels. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Congregational Church in Hart County. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Hugh Emory Floyd; brother, Robert Pulliam; and sister, Hilda Mercer.

Survivors include her children and their spouses: Dennis and Leigh Floyd, Tammy and Jerry Smith, and Keith and Fran Floyd; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and faithful sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Virgil Caldwell.

Memorial services celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, May 31, at 6 o’clock in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Stowe officiating. Inurnment will be in Liberty Congregational Church Cemetery.

A time of visitation will be at Berry Funeral Home from 4:00-5:45p.m. prior to the service on Thursday.
