Edward Jerome Baade

Mr. Edward Jerome Baade, 82, of Chickasaw Drive, Westminster, SC, husband of 57 years to the late Mary Helen Corcoran Baade, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at his residence.

Mr. Baade was born in New York on March 27, 1927, son of the late Richard and Martha Osheski Baade. He was a veteran having served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. He was an electrician having retired from IBEW Local 25 and a member of Oakway Wesleyan Church.

He is survived by his children: Pamela (Christopher) Ownbey of Pennsylvania, Steven Baade of North Carolina, and Matthew Baade of New York; siblings: Frances Marino of New York, and Richard Baade of New York; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by his sister, Martha Knusch.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
