Mrs. Elta Mae Noles Ginn Santos, 92, formerly of Pulliam Mill Rd., Bowman, GA wife of the late T.M. Ginn and Gervasio Santos passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Hart Care Center in Hartwell, GA. Mrs. Santos was born May 10, 1923 in Athens, GA to the late Joe J. Noles and Cleo Chastain Noles. She was raised in Elbert County and was proud to be a military wife. Mrs. Santos was a member of Stinchcomb United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. Left to cherish her memories are her children Thomas M. & Bonnie Ginn of Baltimore, MD, Jeanette & Donald Sowders of Bowman, GA, Tanya & Gary L. Mercer of Dewy Rose, GA; sister Mary Marett of Hartwell, GA; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands and parents she was preceded in death by a son John Ginn and siblings Lily Webster, Winnette Bryant Almond, Roland Noles and Claud Greenway. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 2PM, Saturday, November 14 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Stowe officiating. Interment will follow in Stinchcomb United Methodist Church Cemetery with grandsons Brandon & Sean Mercer, great-grandsons David, Ryan & Derek Vaughn, Justin McCall serving as pallbearers. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 1-2PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
