Eva Irene Hill

Ms. Eva Irene Hill, 91, of Park St. Elberton, GA passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016 at National Health Care in Anderson, SC. Ms. Hill was born January 6, 1925 in Elberton, GA to the late Ernest Groves Hill and Thelma Jones Hill. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Elberton and was a retired secretary in the granite industry. Left to cherish her memories are nephews and nieces Wayne Hill of Tallahassee, FL, Sally Hill Kauffman of Greenwood, SC, Robert Hill of Newberry, SC, Larry Hill of Anderson, SC. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters-in-law Earl G. and Louise Hill, Norris and Ruth Hill. Graveside funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 2PM, Wednesday, March 9 at Elmhurst Cemetery with Rev. Gary Purvis officiating. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton is in charge of the arrangements for Ms. Eva Irene Hill.
