Eva Ruth Fowler

Mrs. Eva Ruth Bland Fowler, 61, of Banks Academy Rd. Carnesville, GA passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at her home.

Mrs. Fowler was born January 21, 1962 in Jacksonville, FL to Charles Kenneth Bland and Letha Diane Wilbanks Fowler.

She is survived by her husband James Fowler of Lavonia, GA; son and daughter-in-law: Jimmy and Michele Duffee of Martin, GA, daughters and son-in-law: Shannon and Doug Rogers of Danielsville, GA, Charley Renea Fowler of Carnesville, GA, her father: Charles Bland of Keystone Heights, FL and four grandchildren.

Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.

Berry Funeral Home and Crematory of Elberton is in charge of the funeral arrangements for Mrs. Eva Ruth Bland Fowler.
