Frank Robinson "Robby" Flowers, III, 63, of 1396 Washington Highway, Elberton, husband of Debbie McGee Flowers, died Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at the Elbert Memorial Hospital. Mr. Flowers was born in Elbert County, August 5, 1947, son of Ramona Spence Flowers Gulley and the late Frank Robinson Flowers, Jr. He grew up in the Elberton Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors include his wife, Debbie McGee Flowers; children, Jeffrey Robinson Flowers of Elberton, Amy Flowers Phillips of Lavonia, Robin Flowers Warren of Bowman, and Curtis McGee Flowers of Elberton; step-children, Clark Partain, and Krista Partain; two granddaughters, Erica Phillips and Maeson Flowers; mother, Ramona Spence Flowers Gulley; and two sisters, Eileen Bowen of Bowman and Karen Flowers Phillips of Palm Bay, Florida. He is preceded in death by brother, Phillip Curtis Flowers. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held at 3PM Sunday, January 16, 2011, in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Reverend Lawrence Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 1-3PM Sunday, just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home. Pallbearers will include Ben Rice, Terry Maxwell, Paul Bowen, Dwayne McGee, Tony Mills, and Stan Mills. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to the Deep Creek Baptist Church Youth Fund, 2335 Nickville Road, Dewy Rose, Georgia 30634. Condolences may be sent online at www.berryfh.com.
