Frazier David Smith

Mr. Frazier David Smith, 89, formerly of Elberton, GA passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Atrium Health in Macon, GA.

Mr. Smith was born January 15, 1932 in Elberton, GA to Sam Smith and Ethel Hudson Smith.

He is survived by sisters: Roberta Baker of Elberton, GA, Beatrice Cade of Royston, GA; brother: Henry Smith of Hartwell, GA and several nieces, nephews and other family members.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers: John D. Smith, James Arthur Smith, Sam Smith, Jr. and sisters: Ernestine Clark and Willie Lee Gibbs.

Mr. Smith will be buried in Norman Grove CME Church Cemetery and no services are planned at this time.
