Fred Arthur Lankford

Mr. Fred Arthur Lankford, 52, of Bowman passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013. Mr. Lankford was the son of Vera Fowler and the late Willie Franklin Lankford.He was the husband of Lillie Mae Lankford. In addition to his mother and wife,Mr. Lankford is survived by 2 stepsons, Ty New and Kent Richardson; a brother, Randy Lankford; 2 sisters, Deanna Beggs and Lucy Black; and 8 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his father and also a brother, Mark Lankford. A memorial service was held at Canon Church of God on Saturday, October 19th at 3:00 p.m. Hicks Funeral Home of Elberton was in charge of arrangements for the family of Mr. Fred A. Lankford.
