Mr. Fredrick Andrew Kemp, Jr., 63, of Mr. John's Choice Rd. Hartwell, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015, at Gentiva Hospice at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Kemp was born October 17, 1951 in St. Petersburg, Fl to Dorothy Marie Pearce Kemp and the late Fredrick Andrew Kemp, Sr. He was the owner-operator of Hartwell Glass and Mirror in Hartwell, GA. Left to cherish his memories are children Darin Kemp of Braselton, GA; Charlie and Melissa Kemp of Braselton, GA; mother Dorothy Marie Pearce Kemp of St. Petersburg, FL; sister and brother-in-law Julie and Dennis Moore of Hartwell, GA and granddaughter Charlie-Ann Kemp. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 2PM, Sunday August 2, at Hartwell First United Methodist Church with Dr. Allen Stewart officiating. A reception will follow the service.
