George Edward Hurley

Mr. George Edward Hurley, 83, of One Mile Lane, Carnesville, GA passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Heardmont Nursing Home.

Mr. Hurley was born September 16, 1937 in Pikeville, KY to Plennie Hurley and Belauh Charles Hurley. He was a retired concrete finisher and an U.S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by a son: Tony E. Hurley, daughters: Barbara Lynn Jenkins, Darlene Shepherd, Cynthia J. Blevins; sister: Georgia Raymond, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Edele Hurley.

Mr. Hurley was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
