George L. Bellew

Born in Morgan County, he was a son of the late Luke Bellew and Cornelia Beal Bellew. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a retired mechanic, a Madison County Grey, and a U.S. Army Air Force veteran serving in WWII. Survivors include daughter Marlene Parnell, son Dennis George Bellew, 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Coralia Navarro Bellew, a sister Emma Ruth Bellew, brothers Artie "A.J." Bellew, Tom Watson Bellew, and Charles Henry "C.H." Bellew. Funeral services will be held Tuessday November 24, at 2PM at The Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Monday night at Berry Funeral Home and Tuesday from 1-2PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
