Herman "Jim" Mark Barton

Mr. Herman "Jim" Mark Barton, Jr., 72, of Therman Adams Rd. Dewy Rose, GA husband of Lynn Meyer Barton passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at his home. Mr. Barton was born November 5, 1942 in Dalton, GA to the late Herman Mark Barton, Sr. and Lillian Keener Barton. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness of Hartwell, and was retired from Union Carbide. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Lynn Meyer Barton of the home; sons Herman Wayne Barton of Port Arthur, TX; Mark Duane Barton of Danube, MN; daughter Kathryn Renee Barton of Houston, TX; sister Margie Hicks of Lula, GA and numerous grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by son Ricky Joe Barton and brother Billy Wayne Barton.
