Mr. Hunter Samuel Arlyn Grizzell, 18, of Hartwell, formerly of Elberton, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020.He was a native ofElbert County, the son of Arlyne Gail Flippen and the late David Edward Grizzell.Hunter was also preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Arlyn Boyce Flippen and Alvin Mitchell Grizzell. Hunter loved everyone, always took up for others, had no enemies and loved family.He was baptized in the river and going to church had become very important to him.Hunter was mechanically inclined and would repair his friend’s cars.When he was younger, he liked to ride his grandmother’s lawnmower, even when the grass didn’t need cutting!Loving reptiles, he had a pet snake.He also loved knives, hunting and fishing, Michael Jordan and Chevrolets! Survivors include his Mother, Arlyne Flippen, of Calhoun Falls; Stepfather, Rod T. Burton, Hartwell; brother, Michael (Kimberly) Grizzell, Dewy Rose; sisters, Kayla Flippen (Trevor) Price, Calhoun Falls and Janie Flippen, Calhoun Falls; Paternal Grandmother, Janet Davis Grizzell, Dewy Rose and Maternal Grandmother, JoAnne Boswell, Elberton; niece, Kinley Price and nephews, Waylon Price and Landon Grizzell; stepbrothers, Corbin, Garrett and Jacob Burton and Sergio and Pedro Padilla; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many, many friends.
