Mr. Jack Arnold Craft, Sr., 77, of the Montevideo Community, Elberton, GA passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 at his home. Mr. Craft was born on October 1, 1934 to the late Mack and Inez Turner Craft.He was married to Roberta Elaine Craft the past 9 ½years. Mr. Craft was a Mason for over 50 years and a Shriner.He worked as a heavy equipment operator,and was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers(Local 926) for over 50 years. Mr. Craft was also a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Craft is survived by his wife, Roberta Elaine Craft;a son, Chip Craft (Tara); a daughter, Crystal Arduino (Tom);one granddaughter, Josie Jones (Kevin);and two grandsons, Chas Rousey and Joseph Arduino.He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Kara & Conner Jones;a step-daughter, Lisa Williams (Lance); and step-grandsons, Jason & Christopher Arrington.Mr. Craft leaves behind one brother, Millard Craft (Margaret).In addition to his parents,Mr. Craft was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty R. Craft. A service to celebrate Mr. Craft’s life will be held Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Beulah Pentecostal Church in the Montevideo Community.
