Jackie R. Capell

Mr. Jackie R. Capell, 66, of Welcome Church Rd., Elberton, GA husband of Nellie Pless Capell passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016. Mr. Capell was born March 1, 1949 in Abbeville, SC to the late Laylon Capell and Ruth Rudder Capell. He was a retired textile manager from Tasco in Calhoun Falls, SC. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Nellie Pless Capell, sons and daughters-in-law David and Michelle Capell of Elberton, GA, Christopher and Rose Capell of Elberton, GA, brothers Larry Capell and Wayne Capell both of Calhoun Falls, SC, grandchildren Jamie and Zed McLanahan and Emily Capell, and one great-granddaughter Wendy McLanahan. Mr. Capell's wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Berry Funeral Home & Crematory, Elberton is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Jackie R. Capell.
