James A. "Tony" Hogan, 64, of 2268 Wrightsboro Road, Washington, Georgia husband of Leverne Cosby Hogan passed away Friday, October 26, 2012 at his home. Born in Thomson, Georgia June 12, 1948 to William H. Hogan and Kate Holton Hogan. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a retired truck driver from Darica Trucking Company. Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 42 years Leverne Cosby Hogan; son Jamey Hogan and son and daughter-in-law Lester "Frankey" and Nicole Hogan of Washington, Georiga; sisters Eva Hogan Cheely of Thomson, Georgia and Cindy Hogan Dent of Athens, Georgia; grandchildren Jimmy Hogan of California, Brittany Hogan of Augusta, Georgia, Angel Hogan, Cassie Hogan and Kyle Hogan all of Washington, Georgia; and his constant canine companion Roxie Girl. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 1PM at Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Washington, Georgia. The Hogan family will be at the home of his son and daughter-in-law Lester "Frankey" and Nicole Hogan 2368 Wrightsboro Road in Washington, Georgia.
