James Barry Jordan

James Barry Jordan, 69, of 1720 Parham Town Road, Bowman, Georgia passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Georgia. Born April 9, 1944 in Royston, Georgia to the late Clarence Jordan and Huldie Thursday Campbell Jordan. He was a retired auto mechanic from the City of Elberton and of the Baptist Faith. Left to cherish his memories are his children Jamie Jordan of Royston, Georgia; Barry Jordan of Atlanta, Georgia; Pam Adams of Atlanta, Georgia; Leeann Jordan of Walhalla, South Carolina; girlfriend Janice Echols of Bowman, Georgia and eleven grandchildren. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 1PM, Sunday August 11 at Mill Shoal Baptist Church in Royston, Georgia. Inurnment will be in the church cemetery.
