James Albert McLanahan

Mr. James Albert McLanahan, 89, of Elberton, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Pruitt Health – Spring Valley. He was the son of the late Mack Albert McLanahan and Agnes Noggle McLanahan.. Survivors include his Sister Betsy McLanahan Snellings and children Vernon Snellings, Tyler Snellings and Celisa Snellings; other survivors include a niece Yvonne Fortson and a nephew Mack Powell. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Jimmie McLanahan. Graveside Services celebrating the life of Mr. James Albert McLanahan were held at 2pm on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Elmhurst Cemetery with Rev Douglas Huff officiating. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the healthcare staff at Pruitt Health Care of Elberton. Arrangements for James Albert McLanahan were in the care of Hicks Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Elberton.
