James Orr Welborn

James Orr Welborn, 77, of 252 Glendale Drive, Hartwell, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013, at St. Mary's Hospice House. Mr. Welborn was born in Hart County, September 22, 1935, to the late Sloan Patrick and Eunice Byrum Welborn. He was retired from Monroe Automotive Company and was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartwell. Left to cherish his memories are two daughters, Lisa Hoffman of Hoschton, GA and Deborah Hughes of Hartwell; brother, Don Welborn of Hartwell; sister, Joy Stratton of Elberton; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Judge Tony Welborn, Robert Welborn, Louise W. Roe, and Ann Welborn.
