Mr. Jerry Wayne Simmons, 60, of Shoal Creek Road, Monroe, GA passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015 at his home. Mr. Simmons was born September 23, 1954 in Conyers, GA to the late J.W. Simmons and Eunice Alline Dorsey Simmons. Left to cherish his memories are brothers Steven Simmons of Monroe, GA; Larry Simmons of Monroe, GA and Jimmy Simmons of Commerce, GA.
