Johnnie Eyvonne Hardy LeCroy, 73 of Anderson, SC, formerly of Ft. Wayne, IN, went to her heavenly home on December 10, 2022.
Johnnie was born February 2, 1949, to the late Sylvene Naoma Molina (Propes).
She was an active member of the Assembly Church of Hartwell and a former Sunday School teacher. Johnnie was a voracious reader and an amazing cook. She loved her work, and in her retirement years she found a love of gardening and spent more time than ever cooking for her family and friends.
Johnnie was preceded in death by her mother, and her brother, Louis Molina.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and brothers, Dan Hardy (Tincie), Mike Hardy, Bob Hardy, Curtis Propes, and Roland Molina (Donna).
She was Mama to Michelle Barker, Dannie Watt, Amanda Manly (Warren), Lee Moore (Beck), and Johnny Moore (Brittany), Nana to Anthony Stewart, Devon Watt, Kayla Watt, Brooke Watt, Brandon Hardy (Allison), Dylan Ashley (Carley), Rick Ashley, Roman Manly, Katelyn Moore, Caleb Crook, and Gabriel Crook and Great Nana to Kaelynn Hardy, Cason Hardy, Ellie-Kate Hardy, Landon Hardy, Kendrick Stewart, Amari Stewart, AJ Stewart, Naomi Watt, and Luke Mireles.
The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Assembly Church of Hartwell at 1128 Liberty Hill Church Road, Hartwell GA.
While plants are welcome, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Safe Harbor of South Carolina.
