Johnny Ray Hill

Mr. Johnny Ray Hill, 68, of Cordell Rd., Bowman, GA passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Hill was born December 18, 1947 in Hartnell, GA to the late Walter Lee Hill and Beatrice Inez Bailey Hill. He was a member of Goldmine Church of God.

Survivors include sons Donnie Hill of Bowman, GA, Jeremy Hill of Hartnell, GA; daughter Sandra Brown of Royston, GA; siblings Marian Payne of Hartwell, GA; twin sister Faye Page of Carnesville, GA; William Hill of Hartwell, GA, Marvin Hill of Hartwell, GA; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Tony Dale Hill and siblings Larry Hill, Ank Hill, Berry Hill and Howard Hill.

Memorial services to celebrate Ray's life will be held 4PM, Sunday August 14 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Cleveland officiating. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends from 2-4PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.

Berry Funeral Home and Crematory of Elberton is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Johnny Ray Hill.
