Mr. Jonathan Howard Blake, 55, of Morgan Way, Colbert, GA, husband of Donna Fleming Blake passed away Monday, September 14, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospice House. Mr. Blake was born December 29, 1959 in Albany, NY to the late Steven Blake, Sr. and Frances Blake. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Donna Fleming Blake of the home; daughter Brittany Blake of Colbert, GA; son Ryan Blake of Flowery Branch, GA; siblings Joe Black of Los Angeles, CA; Barbie Blake of Niles, MI; Chris Blake of Tiger, GA; Mary Blake of Lawrenceville, GA; Greg Blake of Mt. Airy, GA; Cheryl Dabney of Clayton, GA; Steve Blake, Jr. of Clayton, GA and a grandchild Brooklyn Latimer of Colbert, GA. Private memorial services to celebrate his life will be held later.
